AFFSMS Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using AFFSMS (the “Site”) or its software (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or Software.

These Terms apply to all websites and services owned or operated by AFFSMS (“AFFSMS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms include any End-User Agreement, Privacy Policy, pricing statements, and other rules or policies we provide (“Additional Terms”), which are incorporated by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using the Site or Software, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have received consent from a parent/guardian.
  • Your continued use of the Site or Software constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, including any updates posted on the Site.

2. Use of Site and Software

  • The Site and Software are for personal or business use according to the license you obtain.
  • You agree not to:
    • Violate any law or regulation.
    • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or Software.
    • Copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer our software.
    • Create a fake or fraudulent account or use a fake identity.
    • Violate intellectual property of AffsFlow or a third party.
  • Engage in any other activities that are harmful to our services.

3. Registration and Account Security

  • To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide true and correct information during registration.
  • You will not:
    • Use the Site or Software for illegal activities.
    • Upload harmful content or viruses.
    • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • You are fully responsible for data submitted and actions taken on the Site or Software.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All Site and Software content—including design, text, images, logos, and software—is owned by AFFsFlow or licensed to us.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
  • Your uploaded data remains your property, and you may download it anytime.

6. Privacy

  • Your personal and corporate information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Account deletion does not automatically remove your data; we may retain information for legal or operational purposes.

7. Billing and Payments

  • Fees are based on the pricing plan you select and are subject to change.
  • Prepaid Plans: Refunds available for unused services within 2 days of payment (transaction fees may apply).
  • Postpaid Plans: No refunds.
  • All payments are in USD unless stated otherwise.

8. Changes to the Site and Software

  • We may update, modify, or remove features, functionality, or content at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Site and Software are provided “as is” without warranties.
  • We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted access, or results from using the Software.
  • AFFsFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the last six months.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold AFFsFlow harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site or Software, including legal fees.

11. Third-Party Links

  • The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or legal compliance.

12. Governing Law
